Edit messages and Check statistics

Sumario: Learn how to edit messages sent in Notifications and check statistics on every notification sent

We have already created your brand memory, but now you want to see how the texts of your messages have turned out, make some small edits, or simply come back later to see the statistics of your campaign. Let’s go for it!

How to edit

First, go to the “Automation” section and then tap on “Brand Reminder” you can edit it, delete it, or change the subscriber filter. You can also activate or deactivate it.

Edit name and description

This action is only for your own personal organization and to know why you created the brand memory. Try to add descriptive text that will remind you in a few months why you created it that way.

If you want to edit the name and description of your memory, you can do so by tapping on the pencil that appears on the left.

Delete Brand Reminder

To delete it, tap on the red trash can. Remember that this action cannot be undone; if you only want to deactivate it, tap on the green button that says “Activate.”

Toggle on and Off

You can pause the campaign if you created it only for a specific moment or if you created a new one and don’t want to lose your statistics.

Click on “Activate”:

Note: if you deactivate the campaign, customers who are already in the reminder may continue to receive these messages for a while, but no more customers will be added while it is paused.

Filter Subscribers

By clicking on “Filter Subscribers” you can add or change the filter (I remind you that this is not necessary for most merchants), but if you need it, there it is.

Edit Messages

By tapping on “Edit Notifications” or directly on the card, you can edit the messages.

Once there, tap on the image or text of each message card that appears.

Message templates are created and edited in the same way across all app settings.

Add more messages

You can also add more messages to the “Brand Reminder” sequence by simply tapping on the larger one that appears.

Interval between messages

After you add a new message, you will need to enter how many days should pass since the previous message. Think of it as a delay that must be waited for before sending the new message.

Keep in mind that it is recommended to allow a longer period if adding many new messages, but no more than 30 days, because you will lose the desired effect of the tool.

The norm is 15 days for the first messages and 30 days for the following ones.

Send via E-mail

Now the brand recall can also be sent by email. If you created it recently, this feature is likely already activated.

If you don’t have it activated, we suggest first editing the template of each message and clicking on “Enhance with AI.”

You can enable or disable email sending by tapping on the envelope icon that appears in the upper left corner of each message:

Brand recall can also be sent via email, but first we need to edit the template of each message and click on “Improve with AI“.

Tip: First, check that the message title is properly configured; it can simply be the name of your store or the URL, and the description could be a short slogan..

Our system will create a much more appealing message for your emails.

For example: with the title “Maneki Style” and the description “Pretty accessories for beautiful pets,” the AI has created the following ✨:

Once you try it, you won’t be able to stop using it.

Check Statistics

If you want to see the result graphs of the messages, you can do so by clicking on the recall sequence and checking the bar chart icon.

A graph will open showing the total activity of the selected message. At the bottom, you will be able to see what each color means, clicks, views, or closed messages.
