Account and Billing Information
In this article, I will show you where you can find your profile. It will contain your personal information and billing details along with your summaries; let’s take a look at it.
You can position yourself in any section of the Menu; in the upper right corner, you will find your logo. By clicking there, you will enter your profile:
What we find in My Profile
In this section, we can see all the data of our account, which will be under “Billing Profile.”
- Complete your details correctly; you can always update them whenever you need to.
- In the “Something About You” section, we invite you to leave a brief summary about yourself, your company, or your venture!
- You will find your logo with a description of the permissions that your account manages.
Billing
- You can find the virtual invoices for your plan and download them.
- The information of the chosen plan with its expiration date.
- Button to update your plan if you need it.
Log Out
By default, the app saves your information even when you close the window or the program. So how do we actually log out?
If you are working from another device (we recommend closing it on devices that are not secure), if you need to log out when sharing your account with your team or if you have unsubscribed from our service, you will use the “Log Out” option that appears when you click on the Logo.
And that’s it! Once your session is closed, you will need to enter your information again to access the system.
